When you’re writing this paper, it’s important to mention all of the group dynamics terms for each of the required areas listed in the assignment. Your instructor will be looking for evidence that you understand them, even if they don’t apply to the group you observed. For example, when you talk about the group leader’s style of leadership, you’ll give an example of his actions that supports the style you are attributing to him, and then tell what would be expected of someone having each of the other leadership styles.
